Real-time Grip Detector
This interactive creative coding project uses p5.js, ml5.js, and a webcam to track hand movements in real time. The program identifies 21 keypoints on each detected hand, connects them into a visual skeleton, and uses distance-based calculations to estimate whether the user is making a fist. When a fist is detected, the hand skeleton changes color to provide immediate visual feedback.
